PASIG CITY, June 19 (PIA) -- The regional office of the Civil Service Commission in the National Capital Region is inviting civil servants to join them in a free webinar via Zoom and Facebook Live!
In an announcement posted at their official Facebook Page, CSC-NCR said, Regional Director Judith A. Dongallo-Chicano will discuss the Alternative Working Arrangements in government via a webinar on June 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM.

For those who will not be able to register via Zoom, the session will be streamed live at the official Facebook page of CSC NCR, @cscnationacapitalregion.

Meanwhile, the CSC Central Office announced that it will no longer be conducting any written career service examinations for the rest of the year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a release sent to the PIA-NCR, the CSC said the implementation of public health standards during the pandemic, such as physical distancing, reduced capacity of public transportation, and restriction on mass gatherings has led it to cancel the following civil service examinations via the pen-and-paper test (PPT) mode:
- Fire Officer Examination, Penology Officer Examination, Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination scheduled on 21 June 2020.
- Career Service Examination (CSE) PPT (Professional and Subprofessional Levels) scheduled on 9 August 2020.
- Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination, Pre-Employment Test, Promotional Test, Ethics-Oriented Personality Test scheduled on 11 October 2020.
The CSC added that the conduct of the Professional and Subprofessional CSE-PPT set last 15 March 2020 shall be reset in 2021. A separate issuance pertaining to the said rescheduled exam will be released by the CSC. (CSC/PIA-NCR)
