PASIG CITY, June 27 (PIA) -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) has received donations from the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI) to aid its police frontliners in combating the COVID-19 threat.
PNP Director for Logistics PMGen Edwin Roque personally received the donations from AFPMBAI President MGen Robert Arevalo on Thursday at the PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
Among the donations include one-unit ambulance as well as hospital and personal protective equipment or PPEs.
Aside from these, the PNP also received two units of mini dump trucks that will aid the police force in its logistics.
Roque expressed his gratitude to AFPMBAI for the donations that will help in police operations amid the COVID-19 pandemic. (PIA-NCR)
