LandBank calls on clients to update registered mobile number for added security

PASIG CITY, Sept. 1 (PIA) -- The Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) today advised its clients to update their registered mobile number as LandBank will soon be implementing the 3D Secure—an added security feature to the LandBank Visa Debit Card (LVDC). 

With this feature, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the client's registered mobile number before proceeding with any online purchases/transactions (i.e. online shopping, food delivery, online purchase of airline tickets, etc.)

According to Landbank, clients may update their registered mobile number via Landbank iAccess https://lbpiaccess.com or via email – download the LandBank PhoneAccess and iAccess “ENROLLMENT & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FORM” through https://www.lbpiaccess.com/Enrollment.pdf.

To ensure that a client's mobile number is updated and to avoid service disruption during any online transactions, clients are advised to update through the following processes:

Updating of mobile number LANDBANK iAccess via https://ift.tt/33jREbj - In the iAccess Main Menu, select “View Client Profile” under “Administration” Menu, and click the “Update Mobile No.”

Updating of mobile number via email – Download the LandBank PhoneAccess and iAccess ENROLLMENT & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FORM through the link provided.

Put a (√) mark in the space provided for “Updating of Profile” under iAccess Enrolment, and input your updated mobile number in the “A. Account and Contact Information” Section; and attach a copy of valid ID and send it to their branch of account via email

Updating of mobile number via branch visit – go to your servicing LandBank branch to update mobile number.
