TFD action officer Wilfredo Geolingo said, of the 273 violators, 42 were fined for violating physical distancing and 231 were fined for not wearing face mask.

As of August 10, the fines collected by the TFD amounted to P4,400 where a representative of the City Treasurer's Office issued official receipts to violators but there is also an option for an eight-hour community service instead of paying the fine.
