NCRPO urges Metro Manila youths to join the PNP

PASIG CITY, Sept. 7 (PIA) – The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is urging interested youths in Metro Manila to join the Philippine National Police (PNP).

NCRPO chief Police Major General Debold M. Sinas said applicants who live in NCR will be prioritized under the Patrolman Recruitment Program for this year. 

Aside from the fact that the community quarantine limits the entry and exit of our citizens in our region, it is also a great opportunity for the youth of the National Capital Region to showcase their desire and compassion in serving our homeland,” Sinas told the PIA-NCR.

The NCRPO chief also said that applicants will be screened carefully in order to choose the most deserving ones.

The public can be assured that qualified applicants will be trained properly to become responsible police officers of Metro Manila and the country as a whole,” Sinas added.

According to NCRPO, a total of 912 available slots will beef up the Metro Manila police force to complement NCRPO’s efforts in maintaining the peace and order and eliminating criminalities, and illegal drugs.

The initial requirements to be submitted are:

1) CSC Personal Data Sheet

2) Birth Certificate issued by PSA

3) Marriage Contract (for Married Applicant) CENOMAR (for single)

4) Transcript of Records (Authenticated)

5) General Weighted Average (GWA)

6) Diploma (Authenticated)

7) Eligibility (Napolcom, CSC Prof, RA 6506, RA 1080, PD 907) (Authenticated)

8) Height Waiver (if any)
