JTF NCR brings relief to typhoon-affected families in Brgy. Tumana

PASIG CITY, Nov. 26 (PIA) – Personnel from the Joint Task Force National Capital Region (JTF NCR) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the Naval Task Group NCR and Joint Civil Military Operations Task Group provided relief aid to families of Brgy. Tumana in Marikina City that were affected by typhoon ‘Ulysses.’

The group led by Major Arnel Tormis, in partnership with the leaders of Madrassah Council of the Philippines headed by Ustadz Mohammad Manalinding and Quiapo Imam Council led by Alim Abdulher Macadaag, distributed relief packs to affected families.

According to JTF NCR, around 480 relief packs, 20 sacks of assorted clothes, 3,000 facemask and 100 five-liter mineral water were provided to the Muslim and Christian communities at Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City that benefited more or less 700 families.
