IBA, Zambales, Dec.2 (PIA) -- Municipal government of San Narciso has partnered with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for the newly-built Balay Silangan.
A first in Zambales, the facility is located at Granvia St., barangay Libertad.
“It will offer temporary refuge intending to reform drug offenders into self-sufficient and law-abiding members of society,” Mayor William Lim said.
“We are aiming to reach a drug-cleared municipality status by the year 2021,” he added. (CLJD/RGP-PIA 3)
