ILOCOS SUR, Mar. 14 (PIA) – The provincial government of Ilocos Sur, headed by Governor Ryan Luis Singson, in partnership with Easytrip Services Corporation, is offering a drive-thru installation of Easytrip Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) stickers for vehicles in the province on March 18 to 20 from 8a.m. to 4p.m.
The three-day installation event will be made available at the Kannawidan Grounds in Tamag, Vigan City for first district residents, including those from the municipalities of Santa and Narvacan.
On the other hand, second district residents can have easier access to the RFID stickers at the Candon South Central School Oval in San Isidro, Candon City.
Vehicles with plate numbers ending in zero to four will be catered from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon while those with plate numbers ending in five to nine will be accommodated from 12:00 noon to 4:00 in the afternoon.
The Easytrip RFID allows cashless and contactless toll transaction for motorists passing through the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) and Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
The provincial government urged vehicle owners, “Get ready and avail of this hassle-free service.”
It also reminded those who will avail of this initiative to arrive on time at the venue, and make sure to bring their actual vehicle, valid ID, application form and Php500.00 for the initial load of the sticker.
Residents who will avail of Easytrip RFID stickers will be asked to submit themselves to body temperature checking; after which, they will be provided with a queue card number at the entrance.

A vehicle owner needs to pay Php 500.00 then proceed to the Easytrip RFID installation area.
