"Because of the physical distancing that we are implementing, it is still by batch and schedule to get aid," Malapitan said.
He said the beneficiaries receive a text message from the local government informing them of their reference number, schedule, and venue. This text message, he added, is one of the requirements to be allowed entry in the payout site.
"Before going to the venue, the beneficiaries of should have received a text message from the City Government, including the reference number and schedule when to claim the aid," Malapitan said.
"Just bring a valid ID, cellphone for text message / reference number, own ballpen, face mask and face shield," he added.
"For the beneficiaries who haven't received the text and the barangay schedule yet, please wait. We will strive to reach the 15 days deadline of the National Government," he further said. (PIA NCR)
