MANILA – Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Cagayan Valley region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon due to northeast monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon and Calabarzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to northeast monsoon.
The rest of the country will have partly to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies. Residents are advised to take precautions against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Luzon, Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao.
The minimum temperature is 22.4 °C and the maximum temperature is 30.0 °C. (PNA)
