MANILA – The country will experience fair weather in the next three to five days, the weather bureau said Friday.
"There is no low pressure area (LPA) or weather disturbance that may affect the country in the next three to five days. Fair weather, partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail," Ezra Bulquerin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
He added that rains may also be experienced for a short period, either in the afternoon or evening.
For Friday's forecast, he said warm and humid weather will continue across the country, due to the easterlies as the prevailing weather system.
Isolated rain showers may also be experienced in the afternoon or evening.
Metro Manila's temperature may reach up to 34°C; Tuguegarao up to 33 °C; Laoag, the Kalayaan Islands and Puerto Princesa up to 32 °C.
The temperature in Zamboanga is up to 34°C; Davao up to 33 °C; Cebu, Iloilo and Tacloban up to 32 °C.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the entire archipelago, PAGASA said. (PNA)
