In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said habagat may cause flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Zambales, and Bataan.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate winds headed southwest to south will blow over western section of Luzon, with moderate coastal waters.
Extreme Northern Luzon will also experience moderate winds gusting south to southwest with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have slight to moderate coastal waters with light to moderate winds blowing southeast to south.
The temperature will range from 24.4 °C to 32.4°C. (PNA)
