Armscore donates 10,000 face shields to aid police frontliners

PASIG CITY, July 2 (PIA) -- The Armscor Global Defense, Inc. on Wednesday donated 10,000 face shields to the Philippine National Police (PNP) to aid police frontline workers.

Armscor Global Defense, Inc. represented by its senior executive vice president and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, LTC Gina Marie Angangco, GSC PA (Res) turned-over the 10,000 face shields to PNP officials Police Major General Edwin Roque, Director for Logistics, and Police Major General Emmanuel Luis Licup, Director for Operations in a simple ceremony held at the PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City.

The PNP expressed its gratitude to ARMSCOR for the donated face shields that will help police frontliners in the fight against COVID-19.

The PNP said these donations are essential in the agency's operations to curb COVID-19 and for the protection of its medical frontliners who are sacrificing their lives for the betterment of the country.
