PASIG CITY, July 31 (PIA) – The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) recently received donations from the Alagang Kapatid Foundation, Inc. to aid locally stranded individuals (LSIs).
PCG’s chief of Public Affairs Office Commodore Armando Balilo, on behalf of the coast guard, expressed gratitude to the foundation for supporting LSIs amid the pandemic.
According to coast guard, the foundation donated food items, drinks and anti-bacterial soaps for use of LSIs.
PCG also ensures that LSIs are taken care of before they head back to their provinces. (PCG/PIA-NCR)
