CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela, August 10 (PIA) - At least 12 Micro, Small, and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) from the towns of Roxas and Mallig have received livelihood kits from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
DTI Isabela head Winston Singun and Roxas Mayor Jonathan Calderon led the distribution of livelihood kits held on August 3, 2020 at the town hall of Roxas.
Singun said the livelihood kits distribution was made as an assistance of the agency for the MSMEs through its Livelihood Seeding Program - Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB) cum Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PBG).
Eight (8) MSMEs from Roxas and Four (4) MSMEs from Mallig were the recipients of the livelihood kits consisting of Carinderia package and Online Business package.
Earlier, the DTI also awarded similar kits to the MSMEs of Cauayan and Santiago Cites.
He said more LGUs will be given with livelihood kits as he thanked the support of the Provincial Government of Isabela, LPGMA Partylist, and Small Business Corporation in helping the MSMEs in time of the COVID -19 pandemic. (BME/MGE - PIA-2/Isabela)
