“Our goal is to help business establishments particularly the MSMEs in knowing their productivity level, as this give them the idea whether or not they are making headway in their business operations,” Soliveres said.
Said webinars are aimed to improve their business productivity that will ensure profitability as well as job preservation of workers.
“Whatever efforts done by the company if the owners and employees are not aware on how to make better management nor how to improve their productivity level, there is a bigger chance for them to get misled, which could oftentimes result to business failure,” he added.
According to Soliveres, the office is committed to give in-depth orientations so that business enthusiasts could really understand their productivity status, and be prepared for some necessary measures. He also said that the orientations are being done to clarify some misconceptions, such as relating level of production to productivity which sometimes does not support the notion.
RTWPB, as learned during the interview, is now focused on helping MSMEs recover especially during this time of pandemic. Hence, offering free webinars that were classified into three module levels per participants’ needs, could help business operators recover, had they been affected by the health crisis. This could also give some inputs on strategies for those suspended businesses that have plans to resume operations.
