PARAÑAQUE CITY, Oct. 2 (PIA) -- The Taguig City Government will remain vigilant as it closely monitors each COVID-19 positive case, amid a steady decline in the number of cases, the local chief executive said on Wednesday.
During the City’s COVID-19 Weekly Report, Taguig City Mayor Lino Cayetano said the implementation of the health protocols resulted to a stable COVID-19 downward trend during the last six weeks.
“The last six weeks, bagamat mataas, madami parin yung nagkakasakit, steady na siya.
Should the trend continue to improve, however, he said the economy will slowly open, and more workers can return to their jobs.
Cayetano assures Taguigeños that the local government will continue to formulate programs and give service to the public. (PIA-NCR)
