OROQUIETA CITY, Misamis Occidental, Dec. 15 (PIA)--PCol. Rolindo Macahilos Suguilon was installed as acting provincial director of Misamis Occidental, replacing P/Col. Danildo B. Tumanda, who was promoted as the new Regional Chief of Staff of the Philippine National Police (PNP)-10 under the command of PBGen Rolando B. Anduyan.
Chief of Regional Personnel and Records Management Division PCol. Wilbur Salaguste presided over the turnover of command ceremony at Camp Lt. Lucas Naranjo, Lower Lamac, Oroquieta City.
Suguilon expressed his gratitude to outgoing Provincial Director Tumanda for "showing laudable efforts by ensuring the peace and security that indeed this province is worth to reckon with."
"In my assumption of office, I bring along with me the standing orders from the chief of the Philippine National Police, Police Director General Debold Sinas to continue our war against illegal drugs, criminality and corruption, to strengthen our internal security operation, enhanced inter-agency collaboration and to maintain a stronger police and community partnership,” Suguilon said.
Suguilon assured that he will continue the program thrust that was crafted by the outgoing provincial director. (SMRN/PIA Misamis Occidental)
