QUEZON CITY, Jan. 4 (PIA) -- The City Government of Muntinlupa has signed a partnership agreement with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) for a housing project to cater mainly to City Government employees.
Mayor Jaime Fresnedi and DHSUD Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario personally led the Memorandum of Agreement signing ceremony recently at Muntinlupa City Hall.
Construction work for the 700-unit housing project is ongoing in the 4.3-hectare land at Lakeview, located in Brangay Putatan.
A health center and a day-care facility will also be erected in the area, the Public Information Office said.
The MOA signing ceremony were also attended by DHSUD Policy Development, Legislation and Special Projects Group director Atty. Angelito Aguila, Committee on Urban Poor Housing chairman Coun. Mamerto Sevilla, and Urban Poor Affairs Office chief Alita Ramirez. (PIA NCR)
