Cebuano News: Paghatag og hazard pay sa mga kawani sa gobyerno sa MECQ, aprobado na ni PRRD

Gilagdaan ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte niadtong Hunyo 1, 2021, ang Administrative Order No. 43 nga maghatag og hazard pay nga dili molapas og P500 matag adlaw ang mga kawani sa gobyerno, apil na ang mga job order ug contract of service, nga pisikal nga nagtarabaho sa mga lugar nga gipaubos sa Enhanced Community Quarantine ug Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine. TAGBILARAN CITY, June 4 (PIA) -- Gi-aprobahan na ni Presidente Rodrigo Roa Duterte ang paghatag og hazard pay sa tanang kawani sa gobyerno nga gikinahanglang pisikal nga mag-report sa trabaho samtang gipaubos sa modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) period gikan Abril 12 hangtod Mayo 14 o Mayo 31.

Ang kantidad sa hazard pay nga ihatag dili molabaw sa P500 matag adlaw matag empleyado.

Pinaagi sa Administrative Order 43 nga gipagawas niadtong Hunyo 1, gi-amyendahan ni Duterte ang AO 26 nga naglatid nga “which only granted hazard pay to government workers required to physically report on site for their job during the ECQ period.” 

Ubos sa ECQ, ang mga essential trips ug operasyon sa mga essential businesses ug services lamang ang gitugotan. 

Samtang ubos sa MECQ, gitugotan ang mga essential trips ug gi-downscaled usab ang operasyon sa mga non-essential business ug services.

Nakalatid sa AO 43 nga ang budget sa hazard pay alang sa mga local government unit (LGU) workers maggikan sa 2021 local government funds.

Sa laing bahin, ang hazard pay alang sa government-owned and controlled corporations pagapondohan sa matag GOCC’s corporate operating budget alang sa tuig 2021.

“If their respective funds are insufficient, the LGUs and GOCCs are allowed to reduce the ideal amount of P500 per day but it will remain mandated to grant a uniform amount of hazard pay for all qualified personnel, including those under contractual and job order status,” matud pa sa AO.
