You may also experiment with other flavors you like. Procedure:
  1. Wash carefully the duck eggs.
  2. Get the bottled jar or plastic container and put the salt and water. Mix thoroughly the brine solution. Also, mix the flavor of your choice and slowly put the duck eggs.
  3. Tighten the lid of the jar or container. Make sure all of the eggs are submerge in brine solution. Place in a dark and cool place for at least 3-4 weeks.
  4. Get a sample and boil it for 25 minutes. Taste if the saltiness and flavors are just enough.
  5. To make it natural, don’t put any color to it. Print a label indicating its flavor, date made and brand.
