MANILA – Most parts of the country will continue to experience fair weather due to the easterlies, the weather bureau said Tuesday.
"There is no low pressure area or weather disturbance inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility," Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will dampen Palawan due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting the province and southern Mindanao.
The Visayas and Mindanao will also have fair weather with isolated rains.
"The rest of Luzon will have fair weather, and isolated rain showers caused by thunderstorms," Aurelio said.
Metro Manila's temperature may reach up to 34 °C; Legazpi and Tuguegarao up to 33 °C; Zamboanga, 32 °C; Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Tacloban and Iloilo up to 31 °C.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will continue to prevail over the entire archipelago. (PNA)
