TAGBILARAN CITY, August 5 (PIA) -- Sugod Agosto 15, mandatory na ang pagsuot og face shield kun mosakay sa mga pampublikong sakyanan.
Base kini sa memorandum circular nga gipagawas sa Department of Transportation (DOTr).
Nakalatid sa maong memo nga gawas sa face masks, ang mga pasahero sa tanang pampublikong sakyanan angay usab magsuot og face shield.
Gitahasan na ni DOTr Undersecretary for Administrative Service Artemio Tuazon Jr. ang tanang opisyal sa sektor sa transportasyon nga istriktong ipatuman ang maong palisiya sa mga lugar diin gitugotan ang public transport.
“As instructed by the Secretary, this is to mandate all officials/heads of various transportation sectors to enjoin within their respective jurisdictions the mandatory wearing of face shields (aside from face masks) for ALL passengers in areas where public transportation is allowed, effective on 15 August 2020,” matud pa sa memo.
Apan giklaro usab sa DOTr nga ang maong paggamit og face shields gawas pa sa uban pang gipatuman nga health protocols, sama sa paggamit og face masks ug pag-obserbar sa physical distancing.
Alang usab sa mga mobiyahe pinaagi sa sakyanang pangdagat, ang mandatory nga pagsuot og face shields ipatuman na sugod karong Biyernes, Agosto 7.
Sa lahi nga memo sa Maritime Industry Authority (Marina), Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), ug Cebu Port Authority, gimando ang implementasyon sa “No-Face-Shield, No-Ride” policy epektibo karong Biyernes na. (ecb/PIA7-Bohol)
