LGU Trece Martires goes digital for New Normal government system

TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite Oct 25 (PIA) -- The City Government here recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Multisys Technologies Corporation for a partnership in the development of the Smart City System.

In preparation for the New Normal, the system is a contactless transactions thru digitalized online system that will ensure more efficient, fast and convenient business dealings with the different departments of the city government.

The Smart City System offers services that include processing and payment of Business Permit, Business Tax, Real Property Tax, Birth Certificate, Cedula, Local Civil Registry, Occupational Rents and Health Certificate, and other payments.

Payments can be made thru over-the-counter via Bayad Centers, banks and online banking with affiliated banking establishments of BDO, BPI and Metrobank, via digital payments like Paymaya and GCASH, and debit or credit card payments.

In the near future, the city government subsidies like the Birhday Cash Gift, financial assistance, medical assistance and other services could be directly credited to the residents thru the system and all other possibilities will be explored to maximize the utilization of the system to better serve the people.

Mayor Gemma Lubigan led the virtual signing of the partnership agreement with Mr. Esconili Head Business Development of Multisys, and witnessed by Atty.Kim Moral, Councilor Aldrin Anacan, Acting City Admin Mr. Cabaya, and Vice Mayor Bobby Montehermoso on October 9, 2020.

"Looking forward po tayo sa launching nito at umaasa po tayo sa mabilis at epektibong serbisyo at kasiguraduhan para sa mamamayan ng Trece.
