Oct. 28 is Special non-working holiday in Dingle town

ILOILO CITY, Oct. 27 (PIA) - - Proclamation No. 1028 declares Wednesday, October 28, as special non-working holiday in the municipality of Dingle, Iloilo for the commemoration of “Cry of Lincud.”

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, by authority of President Rodrigo Duterte, signed the proclamation on October 19, 2020.

“It is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dingle be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing and other public health measures,” according to the proclamation.
