Youth groups, police join mural painting competition

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela, Feb. 2 (PIA) - Youth groups and policemen of Isabela recently showed their painting skills in a mural painting competition on the fence of Camp Lt. Rosauro Toda Jr in this city.

Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO) chief  Col. James Cipriano said the mural painting competition which was held on January 31 with the theme  “Kabataan at Pulisya sa Isabela, Nagkakaisa Laban sa Illegal na Droga at Terorismo” advocates support of the government's fight on illegal drugs and terrorism.

"This activity aims to show the aggressive campaign of the government in fighting illegal drugs and in ending terrorism. 

“Your participation in this mural painting competition shows that each of you has the desire to end illegal drugs and terrorism in our country through the End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC)-Whole of Nation Approach," he said. (BME/MGE/PIA 2-Isabela)
