PASIG CITY, May 17 (PIA) -- State-run social pension fund Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has resumed its daily onsite operations starting today.
In an advisory on its official Facebook Page, GSIS said that its head office in Pasay City and branch offices in Quezon City, Bulacan and Laguna, will resume daily onsite operations, from Monday to Friday, on following services:
- eCard enrollment, card releasing
- Cashiering, check releasing
- Issuance of clearance, certifications, final statements of account
- Housing and non-life insurance transactions
“For the safety of visiting clients and GSIS personnel, the operating hours of our onsite services will be limited to four hours, from 8 a.m. up to 12 noon. But all clients who are already in our service areas by 12 noon will be accommodated,” the statement read.
The GSIS added that the filing of applications for all loans and claims will be contactless and will be done through email, eGSISMO, GWAPS kiosks or drop boxes stationed at the lobbies of GSIS offices.
Likewise, in compliance with the Inter-Agency Task Force Resolution No. 100, S. 2021, the conduct of Annual Pensioners Information Revalidation (APIR) interviews will be via online. Pensioners may schedule their online APIR through text (SMS) or email.
