PASIG CITY, Mar. 2 (PIA) -- The Department of Trade and Industry National Capital Region (DTI NCRO) is inviting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) business entrepreneurs to a free webinar on service quality this month.
In partnership with the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), a free webinar on service quality will be held on March 10, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The training is open to participants engaged in business.
At the end of the webinar, the participants are expected to:
(1) explain the concept of service quality;
(2) understand how the pandemic changed the customers’ behaviors; and
(3) learn ways on how to build a pandemic-proof customer relations.
The NWPC will provide lectures on how to ensure good business through good customer relations.
