CALOOCAN CITY, April 28 (PIA) -- The National Capital Region Police Office, through its chief, PMGen Vicente D. Danao Jr. has warmheartedly received donations from different benefactors for its Serbisyong TAMA Caravan sa Barangay program.
Mr. Wesley Allen Sun and Mr. Ramoncito A. Talisayon, both owners of Ozamiz Cotta Company turned-over the donated 80 sacks of rice (25kg), 10 boxes of sardines and nine boxes canned meatloaf to the NCRPO on Tuesday during a simple ceremony at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig City in support to the program initiative of the Regional Director on Poverty Reduction Livelihood and Employment.
Likewise, it was followed by Mr. Rhodge Lendel P. Bermudez, owner of Grupo Alegria Inc., who also donated 75 sacks of rice (25kg).
Said donations were received by PMaj Santos D. Candido Jr., Chief, Salaam Police Center, Regional Community Affairs and Development.
The generosity of the donors were deeply acknowledged by PMGen Danao who said "it will support Team NCRPO’s program of extending assistance and aid to the severely affected families and individuals of the current health crisis through the project 'Serbisyong TAMA: Barangay Caravan.'”
“I truly appreciate the generosity of our benefactors in sending out this donation that will be use in our program to help the most vulnerable sectors of the society. Rest assured that these donations will be given to the families and individuals who are in need the most.” he said. (PIA NCR)
